Real reviews from guests who stayed at the Luxury Industrial Studio in Leeds.
KateMarch 31, 2026Verified Stayed here for 4 nights and even though the space is small I felt very comfortable! The space is small but very well designed with everything you need; it's super cosy and the lighting gives an added element . Location is great and the immediate area has so many shops and restaurants nearby so you can never be bored. The negatives would be the bathroom is small and a little cool, but I'm a plus size woman and I was fine! It's also on a busy road but the noise doesn't bother me, in fact I enjoyed being nosey. The hosts are also fantastic, so friendly and helpful! Price is on the higher end I would say having paid for a few of these types of places now but it wouldn't stop me staying again! LukeMarch 4, 2026Verified Clean and tidy, location is close enough to everything. GirijaJanuary 13, 2026Verified The Cardigan's Luxury Industrial Studio is a perfect place to have a great time in Leeds! The studio is so well furnished and luxurious as its name suggests! I stayed at studio for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The studio has all the necessary amenities that one will need for a comfy stay..from furniture to kitchen utensils and towels to hot water bag! It was quite cold when I visited Leeds in the beginning of January and felt my room heating was insufficient for the night. The studio manager Zack, a wonderful man literally walked to the studio at 11.30 in the night and was so generous to provide with an extra heating fan for the night! The host and managerial team are very efficient and prompt. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Leeds. Thanks! Our History
This building is more than a place to stay; it's part of our family's story, passed down from our grandfather, Mr. Din
A Family Legacy
Many years ago, this property was purchased by our late grandfather, Mr. Din a man of quiet strength and deep purpose. In the 1960s, he worked on ferries, doing honest, physical work to build a future for his family. Later, he settled in Leeds and invested in this very building not just as property, but as a symbol of dignity and hope.
He believed in building something lasting. What others passed by, he preserved, and this building has remained in our family ever since.
Every restoration, every design decision, and every guest we welcome carries a piece of that vision. Mr. Din may no longer be with us, but his values, hard work, dignity, and faith in the future remain in every brick.
